About Sean Wilson
"I don't just speak about change. I build it with the people most impacted at the center."
From addressing the United Nations on social reintegration as a human rights obligation, to shaping policy at the state and national levels, Sean Wilson brings a rare combination of lived experience and strategic expertise to the fight for justice.
As Senior Director of Organizing and Partnerships at Dream.Org and founder of Strategies by Sean Wilson, Sean has spent nearly two decades developing leaders, building coalitions, and advancing campaigns that center those most impacted by the criminal legal system.
His approach is simple: real change happens when we invest in the people closest to the problem. Whether through executive coaching, campaign strategy, or keynote speaking, Sean partners with organizations ready to move from intention to impact.
Social Reintegration as a Human Right
Sean addressed the United Nations on why social reintegration must be treated as a fundamental human rights obligation—not a privilege, not an afterthought, but a right that every person deserves upon returning to their community.
Drawing from his own journey and nearly two decades of advocacy work, Sean made the case for systemic change that centers dignity, opportunity, and the inherent worth of every person impacted by the criminal legal system.
